Installation and Garden/Lawn Maintenance

We here at Flower Power Gardening LLC strive to make every one of our clients’ gardens look refreshed and spectacular! Below you will find details on what garden maintenance entails, along with what to expect with scheduling. Our new garden maintenance job sites will also require an initial consultation. Please see the “Consultation” page for information regarding the initial consultation.

Installtion

  • Planting Consultation and Design
  • Plant Selection and Nursery Scouting, Ordering, and Pick-Up
  • Drainage and tree wells for installed plants
  • Tree, shrub, flower, ground-cover, and bulb planting, which includes an initial fertilization

Garden and Lawn Maintenance Procedures

  • Pruning / Trimming
  • Transplanting
  • Yard debris collection and haul-off
  • Composting/Mulching
  • Plant / Tree fertilizing
  • Lawn mowing and edging
  • Fully cleaning-out the inside of plants
  • Weeding by the roots
  • Organic spraying for weeds, pests, and diseases

Garden and Lawn Maintenance Frequencies:

  • “Seasonal” Spring and Fall cleanup only (twice a year)
  • Quarterly Garden Maintenance
  • Monthly Garden Maintenance
  • Bi-Weekly Garden/Lawn Maintenance
  • Weekly Garden/Lawn Maintenance

The rough scheduling timeline for what we do throughout the year is included below. However, this may change due to unpredictable weather or other emergencies.

  • January – February: Winter Cleanups Upon Request
  • March: Spring Cleanups
  • April – May: Spring Composting / Regular Maintenance / Planting (May)
  • June – September: Regular Maintenance / Planting
  • October: Regular Maintenance / Fall Composting / Fall Cleanups / Planting
  • November – December: Fall Cleanups / Winter Cleanups Upon Request
